These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Odifresh mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Odifresh ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, registering, or using Odifresh, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• OTP verification is required for login and registration
• You must accept our Privacy Policy and these Terms before creating an account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud

Odifresh sells fresh non-vegetarian products including chicken, fish, seafood, mutton, eggs, and meal kits. Product images are illustrative; actual items may vary slightly in appearance, weight, or cut.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice
• Orders are subject to product availability
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or delivery limitations
• Perishable goods must be refrigerated promptly upon delivery

Currently only Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted. Delivery fees and timelines are shown at checkout. See our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app
• Harass delivery personnel or customer support staff
• Resell products purchased through Odifresh without authorisation

All content, logos, trademarks, and software in the Odifresh app and website are owned by Odifresh or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odifresh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, email support@odifresh.in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app and on our website with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
